For some plans, we are able to obtain this information on-line and give you an estimate of benefits while you are in the office. If your plan does not participate with this feature, we can mail a request. Please allow four to six weeks for a response by mail.
We do our best to estimate the out-of-pocket expense for your procedure; however, the insurance has the right to withhold payment for any reason and any unpaid balance is the patient’s responsibility.
The office accepts cash, personal check, Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment. We do not participate with CareCredit or any type of payment plans at this time.
